Movesets of all 22 Bonus Characters (aka enemies)
By Battletoad
In addition to the 3 main characters, Fight 'n Rage offers you 22 extra characters which you can unlock with ingame currency. They cannot be used in the Training or Arcade modes (trust me, they are not designed for it), but you can play them in Time Attack, Score Attack and Survival modes.

I guess only few players care about these bonus characters. They have very limited movesets and can be very vulnerable to enemy combos because most of them don't have a defensive special attack which makes you invulnerable. So you can get staggered and combo'd easily.

But still they can be very fun to play or to mess around with. :) The game doesn't tell you exactly which moves they have. Therefore this guide with the (hopefully) complete movesets.

Feel free to help me out and improve this guide! If you found any other moves that I haven't discovered, please let me know as well. :)

Basic controls
Each bonus character has the same basic controls as the 3 main characters:
(Xbox controller layout with standard button mapping)

A: Jump
X: Attack
B: Special Attack
(called "Special" for the rest of this guide)

D-pad / analog stick: move around
↑ ↑ : vertical dodge move
↓ ↓ : vertical dodge move

← or → : Parry (just before an enemy attack hits)
A: quickly recover from damage taken while airborne

For this guide all → symbols refer to a forwards input (towards enemy), ← symbols refer to a backwards input (away from enemy).
Filcher (rat)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jump kick
  • Special - slide kick

Tips:
Pitiful character. Use jump kick or slide kick and then combo/juggle enemies to death.
Pugicat (standard cat)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack (up to 6x or 7x) - air punches
  • ↓ ↑ + Attack - spinning forward leap
  • Special - defensive electric field (grants short invulnerability)

Tips:
Like F. Norris, the pugicat can land long punching combos while in the air. So your safest bet might be: jumping, then punching, punching, punching in the air and then keep on punching while you are on the ground. The spinning forward leap should be used with caution because of the long recovery/vulnerability time.
Olga (pig)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jumping belly attack
  • → → - sprint
  • → → + Attack - sprinting belly attack
  • ↓ ↑ + Attack - spinning drop from above
  • Special - strong belly attack (multiple hits)

Tips:
Use air superiority with drop from above and the strong special move whenever possible. When sprinting you can move slightly up or down while holding the D-pad diagonally.
Wolfang (standard wolf)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - infinite slashing combo
  • Jump, Attack - jumping slash
  • Special - stronger slash (can't be interrupted)

Tips:
Keep slashing!
Bolo (Karate wolf)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jump kick
  • ↑ + Attack - grab/throw enemy forwards (useful for crowd control)
  • ↓ + Attack - grab/throw enemy backwards (useful for crowd control)
  • Special - very strong punch (can't be interrupted)

Tips:
Short range for each attack, but solid damage output when you make best use of the Special Attack. The grabs/throws can also be used at the end of a regular combo.
Brooky (monkey)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 5 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jump kick
  • → → + Attack - flying kick (forward leap)
  • ↓ ↑ + Attack - anti-air kick
  • Special - very strong flying kick (multiple hits, but CAN be interrupted!)

Tips:
Use flying kick to hit multiple enemies or Special Attack to do massive damage.
Lt. Fleek (boxer fly)
  • Jump - switch between "airborne" and "on the ground" mode
  • Attack (repeatedly) (on the ground) - 3 hit combo
  • Attack (airborne) - diving punch
  • Special (on the ground) - low powerful sweep-through (multiple hits)
  • Special (airborne) - high powerful sweep-through (multiple hits)

Tips:
Low sweep-through -> win.
Ryu (Ninja bird)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jump kick
  • → → - sprint
  • ↓ ↑ + Attack - Shuriken throw
  • Special - backwards dodge (move uses no SP, so use it freely!)

Tips:
Spam the Shuriken throw from afar, or dodge behind enemies and strike from close range. When sprinting you can move slightly up or down while holding the D-pad diagonally.
Ninja (dark Ninja)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jump kick
  • Jump, Jump - rain kick
  • → → - sprint
  • → → + Attack - slide kick
  • ↓ ↑ + Attack - Tornado kick
  • Special - Tsunami kick (grants invulnerability, can be used while airborne)

Tips:
Most attacks are taken directly from F. Norris, sometimes made a bit weaker. One of the few bonus characters that can use the Special Attack in midair (to get out of dangerous enemy combos).
Tsong Doo (kicking bird)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 2 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jump kick
  • ↓ ↑ + Attack - anti-air knee attack
  • Special - powerful kick/knee combo (multiple hits, grants invulnerability)

Tips:
Make the best use of the long invincibility and high damage of your Special Attack.
Tracy (whip lady)
  • Attack (press repeatedly) - infinite whipping combo
  • Attack (press 1x or hold) - whipping followed by a low retracting attack
  • Jump, Attack - jumping whip
  • Special - taunt (grants invulnerability)

Tips:
Keep enemies at distance. Spam your standard combo to keep them staggered. When cornered or sandwiched, the jumping whip can be used to reposition yourself effectively. Jumping directly after taunting also gives you invulnerability for the start of your jump to get out of tight spaces!
Doberman (dog in business suit)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - air punch
  • Special - charged punch (multiple hits, can't be interrupted during charge)
  • Special (hold and release) - supercharged punch (travels further and does more damage)

Tips:
Very powerful, but very vulnerable when not using the Special Attack. SP gets refilled quickly, so use your Special often.
G. Tigar (Private / Lt. Colonel cat)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jump kick
  • → → + Attack - slide kick + 1 spinning kick
  • ↓ ↑ + Attack - 3 spinning kicks
  • Special - powerful slide kick (multiple hits)
  • Special, Attack - powerful slide kick + 3 spinning kicks

Tips:
When doing the "powerful slide kick + 3 spinning kicks" combo, choose freely when to end the slide and start the kicks (by hitting the Attack button). Usually the later the better to get the most damage out of the slide first.
T. Bison (bull boss)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - air punch
  • → → + Attack - forward leaping punch (can't be interrupted)
  • Special - strong and quick forward leaping punch (multiple hits, can't be interrupted)

Tips:
The normal forward leaping punch needs a while to prepare. In that phase you can be slightly wounded, but not interrupted.
O'Hara (cat with claws)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jumping slash
  • → → + Attack - forward leaping slash (multiple hits, can be interrupted I think)
  • Special - air spinning slash (multiple hits, grants invulnerability, can be used while airborne)

Tips:
The normal combo or the forward leaping slash (being the 3rd part of the normal combo as well) followed by the Special Attack seems to be a good damage dealer. One of the few bonus characters that can use the Special Attack in midair (to get out of dangerous enemy combos).
Minotauro (Ricardo-like boss)
  • Attack - single punch
  • Attack (hold) - single charged punch
  • Jump, Attack - drop kick
  • → → + Attack - forward leaping body slam
  • → → + Attack (hold and release) - powerful forward leaping body slam
  • Special - rising/spinning Lariat (multiple hits, can be interrupted at the startup animation)

Tips:
Some attacks are taken from Ricardo, but changed up a bit. This character apparently can't be staggered or interrupted for the most part, compensating for his overall slowness. He also has very high health points. Even though the Special Attack rises upwards and might miss consecutive hits, you can still keep hitting enemies until the end if you start the Special Attack close enough to them.
Diane (fox girl)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jump kick
  • Jump, Attack + ← - jump kick + bounce away from enemy
  • Jump, Jump - air dash kick
  • Jump, Attack, Jump - jump kick + air dash kick
  • → → + Attack - ground dash kick
  • → → - sprint
  • → → - can grab enemies during sprint
  • (during grab) Attack (3x) - grab hard knee
  • (during grab) → + Attack - grab throw forwards
  • (during grab) ← + Attack - grab throw backwards
  • ↓ ↑ + Attack - somersault kick
  • Special - double roundhouse kick (grants invulnerability)

Tips:
Most attacks are taken directly from Gal. Diane is one of the few bonus characters who can actually grab enemies, but only when sprinting towards them. When sprinting you can move slightly up or down while holding the D-pad diagonally.
Attary (leopard servant)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 3 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - small belly flop
  • ↓ ↑ + Attack - large belly flop
  • Special - grab/suplex (can't be interrupted, move freely while airborne) (move uses no SP, so use it freely!)

Tips:
Powerful, but vulnerable.
Raven (bat)
  • Jump - switch between "airborne" and "on the ground" mode
  • Attack (on the ground) - low powerful sweep-through (multiple hits)
  • Attack (airborne) - high powerful sweep-through (multiple hits)
  • Special (on the ground) - low projectile throw
  • Special (airborne) - high projectile throw

Tips:
This character always aims for the highest airborne position after each Attack or Special, no matter if it started on the ground or in the air. For the best damage output do the low sweep-through to the left and right repeatedly before Raven gains too much height.
Battle-Turtle
  • Attack (repeatedly) - infinite hammer combo
  • Jump, Attack - air hammer (great crowd control)
  • Special - spike shell sweep-through (grants invulnerability)

Tips:
Minimal moveset, but each attack is very powerful.
C. Blades (cat boss with knives)
  • Attack (repeatedly) - 2 hit combo
  • Jump, Attack - jumping slash (great crowd control)
  • → → + Attack - single knive throw
  • Special - powerful knives throw (multiple hits, grants invulnerability)
  • Special + ← or → - turn around while throwing knives

Tips:
Minimal moveset, but each attack is very powerful.
The Boss (end boss)
  • Attack - blow with a rifle butt (can't be interrupted)
  • Jump, Attack - jumping blow with a rifle butt
  • Special (short press) - machine gun fire
  • Special (hold up to 2 seconds) - sustained machine gun fire
  • Special + ← or → - turn around while firing
  • Jump, Special (short press) - airborne machine gun fire
  • Jump, Special (hold until you land) - airborne sustained machine gun fire
  • Jump, Special + ← or → - turn around while firing

Tips:
SP gets refilled quickly, so use your gun often and try to let enemies not come close to you. Keep them on one side as well. When sandwiched from both sides, use your gun (hold Special) and tap left and right to turn around while firing!

I was able to throw enemies with Minotauro. I think it's just attack while standing very close?

Doberman's supercharged punch:
You can also press ← ← when holding Special to jump back a little - just like Dobermans do it in game
