Replaces the text description in the Belief panel of the Agency windows with the numerical value for Attractiveness and Stability.
Adds a visible counter for unbelievers.
Adds an option in the "Power" panel to disable the daily 2 Attractiveness (Appeal) loss.

Reporting that the bug with appeal losing even when the button is ticked is still there.

Looks like on reload the appeal loss starts again even though the option stays checked.
