Does what it says.

Is this balanced? I dunno. I just think the tribals have been good kids and they deserve it.


Update: On a whim, I made it so passive coolers are stuffable as well. Now you can make them from stone or steel, and don't need any wood at all!

Logically, the only thing consumed by an evaporative cooler is water. And without dubs, the game doesn't bother to model water supplies.

great mod, this is how it should be. Those things work off water, no reason to keep stuffing wood in them

but yes toggleable passive cooler would be awesome
