Hot for the Ramp Cutter achievement?

I had a little trouble finding all the ramps right away. There are a total of 20 ramps in the game. 8 in the light green world, 6 in the swamp world (one of them on the beach) and 6 in the ice world. There are no ramps in the lava world. Just look at the following maps.

Red circle - ramp
Blue dot - teleporter
