Disabling IPv6 connections fixes the error:

1. Control Panel

2. Network and Internet (Network and Sharing Center)

3. "Change adapter settings" (Left sidebar Win 10)


4. Right click your current Ethernet or Wifi network you are current using


5. Properties

6. Scroll down under "Networking" tab and find Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)

7. Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and hit OK.
8. Restart your PC
9. Your Counterside should now work like normal again!

Hope this finds anyone having this issue, since I searched for months with no solution.
