First, we have to plan what we should achieve

In my endless run, the build is as follows

The necessary items are:

Equipements
Magician girl have 8 equipments, which is a great character choice.

Equipments are the most important items
To fight against high HP bosses - Giant Slayer %HP damage
To fight against crowds - Bubbly Lotion Instant Death
To maximize weapon damage output - CD Tomato, AtkSpeed Bracelet
To maximize Crystal Soul Effect - Area Mallet, Duration Honey

Optional Equipments
Goring Lance
What? The one that deal damage-over-time when dealing damage?
Yes. I thought it may trigger Instant Death Bubble.
If that's true, means that the chance of instant death is at least doubled.
Even if it does not trigger instant death, it is likely that Giant Slayer %HP damage would apply in damage-over-time.
(Need further proof, not 100% sure, may try it by yourself)

Lifesteal Blade
Just for safety, actually useless

Weapons

Lightning Rune - Initial weapon, killing enemy outside screen
Elven Ring - A great choice combined w/ duration & area boost (but most importantly, AUTO AIM)
Kunai - Most underrated weapon, w/ speed boost, Kunai is terribly strong as its hit area / hit per second is high when facing crowd
Crystal Soul - No brainer


Optional Weapons
Any stupid weapon will do, the above 4 are good enough
Gunpowder's sound is annoying
DON'T USE IT

Constructions

Academy - Build ASAP, Upgrade ASAP if you ensure you could kill upcoming bosses
Grave, Fence, Magnet - Slows enemy, magnet would be a second choice
Clock Tower - Bloody useful at middle / late game





Optional Constructions
Seven Star Altar - Knockback enemies (but personally could not see significant effects)
Any constructions will do, the slow effect constructions are good enough




Priority of items


When you choose items, you should make decision base on the following 2 questions:
  • Could my current build handle the current wave?
  • Is the item rare?

Get the rarest item as you can.
As I know, for example, giant slayer is sometimes really hard to appear in the list (personal experience).
Always get the rarest items of your build, so you wouldn't need to worry about them later.
Academy, Bubbly Lotion, Giant Slayer are items that would like to get ASAP.

Of course, in early game, the most important issue is handling a wave.
Lightning rune is weak when handling boss alone.
At least getting a Elven Ring would be enough to fight early boss.

As many HIT per second as we can (to trigger %HP damage / instant death)

Looks good - Goring Lance (Damage-over-time)
Optional - Lifesteal Blade
%HP, Instant Death, Max Damage / Area, Max %HP/Instant death trigger

Mandatory - Academy, Grave, Fence, Clock Tower
Optional - Magnet, Seven Star Altar
Slow, Slow, Slow
