Having no V-Bucks to get a good skin is not a problem in Gmod. enjoy your meowskles ghost skin for free!

(Change the appearance of the skin by changing the skin and bodygroup
in the player model bodygroup settings)

I also included a tail and a blink animation for guive it a bit of realism

Dear author, please fix the skin, otherwise some kind of error appears in the place of the model, although other models from other creators work. I will be grateful if you read this message.
