I agree, Leilah is very fun to play! She has several unique and engaging builds that can do great on the Invernal difficulty, and it's really fun breaking the game one way or another with her.
Here's a screenshot of one of the successful S+ runs using that strategy I had on Invernal Spiral at Invernal difficulty, and in this case without ever losing a hand and going Seedless at the start:

Give it a try on the easier difficulties to test it out and see what abilities you like working into the build, and I'm confident you can clear Invernal Spiral!
Please let me know if you have any questions when trying out the build and I'll be happy to help.
They are fairly equal in how strong they are for the build, so try them out and see which one you lean more toward. I liked Desert Rose a bit more looking at some of my screenshots.
With Mirage as your first trait, this is a very defensive build that basically does the majority of its damage for the first half of the run by counterattacks from a successful block. To that end, you'll want to draft defensive abilities like Glimmer when your hand fails to block, along with draws like Ebb to cycle out your poker cards. You should also add in a few life restoring and direct damage abilities like Rebalance (which does both!) to help when you take some bad hits. There are some nasty encounters in the early parts of the Invernal Spiral run (hello Lantern Foxes) that can really hurt you, but once you get your extra hand size from Sands of Fate things start to get a lot easier, and with Mistress of Hearts/Desert Rose the deck basically goes on autopilot as you defend.
It's been a while so I might not remember exactly, but I actually had great, consistent success using Leilah even on Invernal difficulty without using the Gift of Cardrassil seed (Seedless achievement) by doing the following:
(I should note, this was done with Leilah maxed at level 30 and with her unrestricted traits unlocked; something I highly recommend when shooting for Invernal difficulty wins)
For traits, first pick up Mirage. Later level ups should go to Sands of Fate + Mistress of Hearts/Desert Rose. Sands of Fate should probably be your second level up, and then pick between the Hearts or Diamonds trait as your third, depending on what your deck is leaning toward.
