The correct term is “Target lost tsel' poteryana цель потеряна”.
Anyways.
To assist:
"Tonner" is the correct callout for any kind of truck, from Jeep to full blown fueler/hauler at least by tankers.
ATGM is called out as "LFK!" (Lenkflugkörper ~ lit. guided flight object).
This game: "Das selbe Ziel nochmal!" = "The same target again!"
The point of romanization is to have consistent spelling of words while using the same letters as the main language of the text. German is unchanged because it uses Latin letters, not writing "schuetzenpanzer" is not as noticeable.
I think the romanization here is fine.
