Navigate to "Local" and find "fnaf9"
Navigate to local, and go to "AppData\Local\fnaf9\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor"
Edit "GameUserSettings.ini"
Edit "GameUserSettings.ini" and find "FrameRateLimit = 0.000000" and cap it at your desired framerate (mine is 60 fps) by typing (desired framerate).000000. You may also edit any other settings like VSync or anything else like Resolution
