[JRP] SM to Blood Ravens

A lightweight texture replacement that converts the default generic SM chapter into the Blood Ravens while also making a few improvements like AI-upscaling the odd SD outlier. Cosmetic only – no gameplay-related changes. It does not include DLC units yet - I don't own them and will focus on the base game content first.

Why make this when CotI exists?
It's a smaller download. It tweaks the default SM faction, which may be preferable if you're balancing things yourself, as opposed to using a CotI-compatible overhaul. It introduces everybody's favorite relic-stealing, Traitor-descending ragtag bunch of game marines.

Another SM texture pack? There's 8 factions in the game!
Endgame is to have one of these for each base game faction. SM were the easiest since I could use CotI as reference. I hope to get another one done before the end of the month.

Will this be updated further?
Many units here can be improved, to say nothing of the missing DLC units. I'll prioritize other factions for the time being, however.
