I heard some people complain about Lightspeed but considering the fact that missing by one pixel results in a neuron activation of the enemy and them absolutely beating the living crap out of you, I think its justified to have good combo potential.
Oxob can use any attack out of dash without having to stop first. Lay down relentless chains of jabs and tilts to keep your opponents grounded and rack up tons of hits, and use quick pokes in sequence to space around enemy options like no other."
I think this makes Oxob unfair to play against with most balanced characters.
balance him pls
-Even tho Jacob's Ladder is abble to ignore DI it doesn't have enough kill power to be worth taking all your Static Charge, would be cool that damage scales with the amount of Static consumed
-Empowered Neutral B in the air at first sounds good but the endlag plus the fact that sends up makes that only kills on high percents on top of that requieres a big Static to be fully usable, i would reduce the damage and turn it into a spike to be a kill move in the edge aviable when there's a lot of Static builded up.
