Hello
This is currently a barebones guide on how to get through the train section of the game.
If there are any secrets, this will not explore them. This will be straight to the point.
If requested, in the future I can add screenshots or maps.

Head to the outside of the city, where you'll meet Elora and Odina sitting at the bus stop. Talk to them and they'll join your party

**Save**
Head to the train, then board it
Enter your room (first door on the left)
Click on the green chair in your room, and wait for the train to come up to speed
Head to the dining hall, where your team will split from you.
Try to go to the kitchen, where a wait staff will run into you
Talk to the tax man (may be talk to everyone) then go back to your cabin and try to sit in the green chair again

You are now controlling Elora. Go see Ms Biz in her cabin
Talk to Odina, where you'll go talk to The Representative (Tax Man)
As Elora, talk to the Orphaned Boy, the staff that ran out of the bathroom into you (she's in the kitchen) and the captain
Talk to Odina again
As Odina, talk to the new Biz
Talk to Elora again
As Odina, talk to Lady Plenty
Talk to Elora AGAIN
Go talk to the captain. You will have to go between the chairs and the lockers/towel racks, 2 steps up.
Talk to Elora YET AGAIN
Have Elora go to the kitchen and interact with the tea cart
As Odina, talk to the new Biz

A short cutscene will play

As Odina, talk to the Orphan boy
As Odina, talk to the staff lady again
As Odina, talk to the Captain through the bathroom door
Then go to the other bathroom to grab toilet paper
Talk to the captain through the bathroom door again
Talk to Elora to take control of her
Talk to the ticket master
Talk to lady plenty (Engine Room)
Talk to Odina again to get her active

Get ready for the chase scene

Talk to the boy, he'll steal the hat
enter the tax man's room, and interact with the crate
Quickly leave the room and hide in your own room
Interact with the tax man's door to lock it
head to the engine room

Congrats, you have beaten the train section of the game!
