Skill Book Trigger Talents(xpath)

This mod restored skill books' ability to trigger talent effect(Captain's Trickle Down) which allows captain to share skill gain with the crew.
Because this mod uses xpath to partially override skillbooks, it's unlikely to conflict with other mods.
Note: 2 captains with Trickle Down won't create an infinite skill gain loop.

这个mod恢复了技能书触发天赋效果的功能，舰长有了"涓涓细流"天赋后读书可以将获得的技能点共享给全体船员。
因为使用了xpath进行局部重写，几乎不可能与其他mod冲突。
注意：两个有"涓涓细流"天赋的舰长并不能造成无限刷技能循环。
