Practices:

Once you get it down it’s pretty easy. The timing is to back up all the way into the door and immediately let go of the left stick, this makes Leon do a little animation that shifts his collision box backwards. Turn while spamming (F) (or the button you use to press) as fast as you can at the same time immediately after you let go of the left stick and you should be on the other side of the door.
It’s all about the timing of inputting the walk-back, stop, turn around F spam.
