Do you want to complete all the side quests in Resident Evil 4 Remake? Look for blue request letters near merchants or on walls to find optional tasks like destroying collectibles or killing rats.

Finishing all the side quests not only makes the game more fun, but also unlocks an achievement called "Jack of All Trades[gamingsquad.net]". But be careful! You might miss some of the requests since there's no way to go back to previous chapters once you've completed the game.

Some of the requests can only be done in the chapter where they appear, so do those first. You can see the objectives in order below. When you finish a task, talk to the merchant for a reward called "Spinels" that can be exchanged for rare items.

I advise you to follow the guide of all collectables per chapter, it makes your way easier, as you collect several items from requests at the same time. You can find the youtube playlist link here.

CHAPTER 1
Destroy the Blue Medallions 1
When you get to the end of the Farm area, make sure to grab the blue leaflet on the wall near the closed gate. This request asks you to shoot 5 Blue Medallions in the farm area.
CHAPTER 2
Pest Control
This Merchant Request is located right next to the first Merchant. Head back to the factory you just came out of and kill 3 rats there. One rat is located in the destroyed hallway on the right, while the other two can be found in the central room where you had the Parry tutorial. Once you’ve defeated the rats, return to the Merchant to complete the request.
CHAPTER 3
Viper Hunter
When you exit the Town Hall, you will encounter another merchant. Keep an eye out for a blue request letter posted on the wall next to him. To fulfill the request, you need to locate and sell three Vipers to the merchant. You can find these Vipers over time or inside loot crates, and their locations will be listed below in chronological order as we discover them.

Grave Robber
When you reach the church, it's best to avoid entering the typewriter save room for now. Instead, go around the church to a small alley located behind it. You will find the request letter there. Once you have it, return to the graveyard in front of the church. Shoot the V-emblems that are located on the double graves near the center of the graveyard to complete the request.

Destroy the Blue Medallions 2
To complete this Merchant Request in Resident Evil 4 Remake, head to the entrance section of The Quarry where you’ll find a blue request letter on the wall. Destroy 5 Blue Medallions marked on the map, all located in Chapter 3. Keep an eye out for their specific locations listed below, as they are easy to miss without proper guidance. Completing this task will unlock the Jack of All Trades trophy & achievement.
CHAPTER 4
Egg Hunt
To fulfill this Merchant Request in the Resident Evil 4 Remake, make your way to the lake and search for the blue request letter on the left wall before boarding the boat. Your objective is to locate and sell a golden egg, which can be found on the east side of the lake on an island that houses a chicken farm (see location details below). After obtaining the egg, sell it to the merchant located in the southwest corner of the lake. Completing this task is one of several optional side quests that can aid you in unlocking rewards and advancing in the game.

Catch Me A Big Fish
To find a blue letter, open the locked door in Lakeside Settlement with the Insignia Key and look in the tunnel. To catch a large fish, use a harpoon near the Boat House in the southeast corner of the lake. If the fish is not there on the first try, drive back across the lake and return. The big fish you need is usually swimming slightly to the left in front of the Boat House. Sell it to the merchant southwest of the lake.
CHAPTER 5
A Savage Mutt
The blue request letter can be found on the wall next to the merchant stationed outside the Town Hall. To fulfill this request, you must eliminate a large wolf located in the Village Square. However, the wolf will only appear after exploring the attic in the Village Chief’s Manor by lifting Ashley up. Once you return to the Village Square, the wolf will spawn, allowing you to defeat it and complete the request.
CHAPTER 6
No sidequests on this chapter.
CHAPTER 7
Destroy the Blue Medallions 3
To find the blue request letter, head through the gate that was opened with the cannon and look for it on the wall. To complete this request, you will need to shoot 6 blue medallions which are located in various places. Check the individual locations listed in the video.
CHAPTER 8
No sidequests on this chapter.
CHAPTER 9
Destroy the Blue Medallions 4
In the save room with a merchant and a typewriter, you can find the blue request letter on the table beside the typewriter. You need to destroy 6 Medallions, and their locations will be listed individually below.

More Pest Control
The blue request letter is located on the wall to the left of the Headless Statue. To obtain it, you must defeat 3 rats. The locations of these rats are listed below, with one being in the next chapter.
CHAPTER 10
The third rat of More Pest Control is in this chapter.

Merciless Knight
At the beginning of the chapter, go to the room on the right of the 3-headed statue to find the blue request letter on a drawer. To fulfill the request, backtrack to the Mausoleum as Leon and defeat the knight there. It’s recommended to do this first, as the path will already be open. This is a challenging fight, but flash grenades can be used to stun the knights and expose their weak spots, which can then be targeted with powerful weapons or grenades.
CHAPTER 11
Insect Hive
The blue request letter is located in the east of the “Hive” area, behind an explosive barrel, hanging on a wooden pallet. To complete the request, you must destroy all 4 entrances to the Hive. These are the yellow glowing sacks located at the ceiling in the middle of the area. The locations of each entrance will be listed below individually.
CHAPTER 12
Jewel Thief
The scratched emerald is located in a crow’s nest, and can be sold to the merchant. Look for it in the same room as the elevator, and its location will be listed below.

The Disgrace of the Salazar Family
The request is located on the same wall as the other Merchant Request. To complete it, you need to deface a portrait, and its location will be shown below. We will backtrack to the Throne Room next, where we will find the portrait.

CHAPTER 13
No sidequests on this chapter.
CHAPTER 14
Destroy the Blue Medallions 5
Shoot 5 Blue Medallions at the entrance of a merchant shop after going through the gate on the left of the Holding Cell. Their locations will be listed in the video below.

The Wandering Dead
After Ashley breaks through a wall with a wrecking ball, head through the cracked wall and take a left to find it on a box. You’ll need to defeat a tough enemy in the Incubation Lab, which will be marked on the map. This area was visited earlier in Chapter 13, so we’ll backtrack there before continuing the story. Check out the location of the enemy below. To take it down in one shot, purchase a Rocket Launcher from the merchant for 50,000 ptas.
CHAPTER 15
Destroy the Blue Medallions 6
At the exit of the “Cliffside Ruins” area, you’ll find a blue request letter. To complete the request, you need to destroy 5 medallions, which are listed below individually.

The Jewel thief Request can be completed a lot sooner, as soon as you get to that merchant near the maze.
