The Phlebotomist (Spider's Court Teaser)

“A stern-faced woman wearing heavily-modified garments that hint
at a former profession in medicine and scholarly research.
A panoply of tubes, glass vials, and esoteric equipment is woven into her protective leather coat. In one hand she wields a stiletto dagger, while the other is clad in a metallic gauntlet connected to the array of piping that snakes about her form.

Her approach to dealing with the horrors of the Hamlet is rigorously logical, refusing to acknowledge the phenomenon as supernatural or beyond human understanding. She has a particular interest in dissecting the blood-drinking monsters of the Courtyard that appears to go beyond simple scientific curiosity."

The Phlebotomist acts as support, providing the party with buffs and emergency treatment,
while supplementing party damage with minor damage of her own.
Her damage increases greatly against bleeding enemies and with her potent
self-buffing capabilities, though she cannot maintain this for prolonged battles.
