[REMIXES] Pac-Man Championship Edition

Adds a number of tracks from Pac-Man Championship Edition DX, 2, and 2+ to the game as remixes.

This has nine remixes, many with custom loops. This is my first time modding for this game, and as a collector of remixes for this game (in-game, that is) I wanted to contribute a few of my own!
