Change Vsync and FreeSync settings in Adrenalin
For me all fixes listed on the internet did not really work on AMD GPU except one.
In AMD adrenalin Elden Ring options:
  • Set "Wait for Vertical Refresh" to Always off
  • If you are using AMD FreeSync compatible monitor set AMD FreeSync to On
My specs are:
CPU Ryzen 3700x
GPU 6700xt
RAM 16GB 3000Mhz
Game is on M.2 NVME SSD 3500 / 2500 speeds

With this options and everything on max i have constant 60fps without any stutters - i play on borderless windowed screen mode. I use the newest driver 23.3.1

if u play above 1080p get more than 16 gb ram and u wont have any stutter and if u ask why - above 1080p games and apps combined uses more than 16gb so it uses pagefile which is terribly slow thats why u got stutters, just get more ram :)

+1 for actually writing a guide instead of shitposting

v-sync (wait for vertical refresh) should pretty much always be off in adrenaline and freesync only helps with screen tearing not stuttering. i could see how disabling v-sync could help stuttering if you had it enabled but freesync is doing nothing for elden ring. you shouldn't be having screen tearing in a native 60 fps game.
