How i got it.

Focus on debuff the enemy and speed you will only want wind badge muscle badge or leaf badge otherwise spam the xp

you will need the character that unlocks after the mon adyel defeats a certain amount of enemy to go to his next form

Florey is a must the 3 grass types he provides will make or break the team.
