No Job Limits

For multiplayer:
Removes all the limitations for jobs, so players should always get the job they pick.
This is better suited for sessions with friends and people you can trust, but could work for public games too.

For singleplayer:
Lets you start the campaign with a character for every job.
Good for when you want a full, customized crew, or when you're just too lazy to go looking for more crewmembers in the early game.

Should be safe to add/remove mid campaign. That being said, always backup your save before adding/removing any mod.
