Rebalance Division backpacks and add them to loot table

Small medium and large Division backpacks, and the division watch, now spawn in various locations around the map (military, police, & army surplus)

Large/XL/OP:
WeightReduction=85,
Weight=2,
Capacity=38,

Medium/OneSize:
WeightReduction=88
Weight=1
Capacity=32

Small:
WeightReduction=90,
Weight=.5,
Capacity=25,

Use only one version of this mod...

DivisionItemRebalance = Base version of the mod. Adds Watch, Small backpack, Medium backpack, and Large backpack to loot table.

DivisionItemRebalanceOneSize = Adds Watch and medium backpack to loot table.

DivisionItemRebalanceOneSizeSpawnOnly = Adds Watch and Medium backpack, to loot table. Does NOT rebalance to values above, instead using original mods values.

DivisionItemRebalanceSpawnOnly = Adds Watch, Small backpack, Medium backpack, and Large backpack to loot table. Does NOT rebalance to values above, instead using original mods values.

DivisionItemRebalanceOnly = Only rebalances items. Does NOT add to loot tables.

MUST USE MIYA'S MODS. LOAD MY MOD AFTER THEM.

Just updated the mod with some variants. Decided I wanted a version that just included one backpack, since they all share the same model anyway. Continue using the "DivisionItemsRebalance" version if you want the mod to function exactly the same as before, or try one of the new flavors.

@R0GU3 ST4TU5 Can't guarantee anything. This mod was created purely for use on a private server with friends. We used it alongside ~110 other mods with no issue.

I would argue it shouldn't conflict with anything, as its a very simple mod.
