You got to Arctic somehow?
You dont have DLC-s?
There is nothing to do in Arctic at all?
Now you have a perfect opportunity to relax, take a load off, spend you money, find some friends!

Hotel is located in the Arctic
Transfer in not included, so you have to get there by car/train/bus/helicopter

In our hotel you can get a wide range of services:
2 economic class rooms
2 VIP rooms
Premium class room
Banya (БАНЯ)
Jacuzzi
Bar
Big garage with 3 parking slots
Buffet
Relax area
Bar
Outside grille
Ski and Snowboard rent

This is a perfect location to spend your holydays in, in case if you want something hot - Climb INN hotel is your chose
Don't waste your time on missions!
Other people can do them for you while you are taking a short brake from everything!
Relax and enjoy!

!!!Warning!!!
This building is highly detailed, we spent like 10 hours on its optimisation, but tests show that you are still getting low fps inside.
My setup : Ryzen 4600U, Nvidia Geforce 1650 Ti Laptop, RAM: 8 GB : ~50-60 FPS max inside
Butt Hulls setup : Intel i7-10875H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop, RAM: 16 GB : ~90-105 FPS max inside
Weaker PC may be affected more
Hotel management is not responsible for:
- low FPS
- Skill issues
- AMD videocards graphic drivers
- Aggressive animals outside

@lyon6956, the idea is good but But Hull is not really playing the game anymore, and I have plenty of other projects to work on.

Also, speaking about the scale - it will be almost impossible to make it without enormous lags, and it will require multiple pieces, so i don't think that we will work on smth like that more, sorry

The best what you can do is to move the road part a bit

I agree with you completely, I have exactly the same experiences now with a lot of projects of mine, I now have at least 1 project that can also benefit from this update.

the game was broken at some point by the gas updates
