Bullet Hell Buddy

I made this buddy in 20 minutes cause I thought it would be funny to have more projectiles spawn from moves.

Be careful with Kragg and Shovel Knight rocks they snowball out of control.

There are many ways to crash the game with this buddy please understand that I made this as a test/demo that I won't update and decided to push out to see what kind of fun interactions players will have.

If you are a dev of a character you can add a bullet_hell_buddy variable to a specific hitbox in hitbox_init to not spawn duplicates. If you are a player please do not bug devs to add support for this buddy.
