Refugee policy set to: “Get in the van!”

UPDATED FOR 3.11 ERIDANUS!

Why should the monobrains get all the fun? If xenophobes can accept refugees directly in to chattel slavery, we should be able to accept them for assimilation. We only want to improve their quality of life. Definitely not going to eat them or anything, But let's be honest. If they walk into our hive willingly, we can't be held responsible for what happens!

With this mod, the refugee policy should show up like the above picture. Any refugees should follow whatever your default rights are set to, so just be sure not to have that set to "undesirables", otherwise it will automatically purge them.

The mod should work for ANY gestalts including robots. So, driven assimilators should be able to accept refugees as well.

So I agree with this mod however its a known fact in psychology that free will or the perception of has positive improvement on the life span and well being of the individual. Therefore I feel there should be some type of heavy penalty for doing that represent the fact that very few refugees come willing. Maybe a .02 influence penalty for each species taken in by this means.
