The progress of this guide was slowed down because I installed the RE4HD mod which, as you can see, improves graphically in certain details.

Upon reaching the farm area during the first chapter of the game, we will find a blue note attached to a tree that informs us of the existence of 15 blue medallions. With just destroying 10 of the 15 medallions, we will receive a prize from the Peddler. There are 7 spread out in the farm area and 8 in the graveyard area. Below we provide you with all their locations:

Blue Medallion #1

This Medallion is hanging on the tree behind the fence as you enter the farmhouse area beyond the main village.

Blue Medallion #2

Turning to the left from the first Medallion, you can see the next Blue Medallion location in the upper window of the large barn in the center of the area.

Blue Medallion #3

Head through the large barn to the lot with the cows and chickens in and look at this tree near the shed at the back. There’s a medallion hanging from its branches on the right.

Blue Medallion #4

Heading turning back and heading toward the main house, there’s a medallion visible in the top window as you approach from the farm side.

Blue Medallion #5

Enter the house and climb the ladder, then climb through the window on the side to reach a wooden platform. As you walk along it, look at the windmill on your right. There’s a Blue Medallion location hanging close on its side.

Blue Medallion #6

From the same platform, look toward the locked door in the section ahead. There’s a medallion hanging among the wooden barricades on the upper levels.

From the same platform, look toward the locked door in the section ahead. There’s a medallion hanging among the wooden barricades on the upper levels.

Blue Medallion #8

The first cemetery Blue Medallion in Resident Evil 4 can be found by sticking to the right side as you enter the area. Just past the small shed with a Ganados in, the Medallion should be hanging from a tree outside the map bounds.

Blue Medallion #9

Turn in toward the actual cemetery and there should be a tree close to you on the side of the fence closer to the graves. The medallion is hanging from its branches.

Blue Medallion #10

For the next Blue Medallion location, head to the opposite side of the cemetery. There’s a tree hanging by the graves toward the back which has a medallion.

Blue Medallion #11

Next, head up to the church entrance and look to the left of the main door. The Blue Medallion is hanging on a tree back and behind the doorway.

Blue Medallion #12

Head around the back of the church to the treasure puzzle and look up. The Blue Medallion is hanging from the back of the church roof.

Blue Medallion #13

For the last three Blue Medallion locations in Resident Evil 4, you need to head down the path beyond the church. On the first part of the wooden walkway, look below your feet as you approach the gap to jump over. The Blue Medallion is hanging under the walkway.

Blue Medallion #14

The next Blue Medallion is just ahead of the last, this time hanging above the center of the pathway.

Blue Medallion #15

The final Blue Medallion is hanging from the underside of the wooden walkway a short distance ahead of the previous one. You should be able to see it from the same location.

 

By destroying 10 blue medallions, we can acquire a Punisher pistol from the Merchant for free.

In the case of having destroyed the 15 medallions, we will receive the pistol with an increased power point and at no additional cost (from 0.9 to 1.1).

At the farm, hanging above the basin next to the shack with the typewriter. Shoot the small stick holding the lid up, then shoot the treasure to knock it down.

Spinel #3

We will find it inside a showcase in the building in the center of the farm⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Beerstein (Treasure #3)

At the farm, in a box in the very small fenced-in area behind the 2-story barn. Climb to the 2nd floor, hop out the window, step forward and jump down to access this spot.
Note: Do not sell until completed, complete with green, red, yellow cat's eye

We find her at the north gate of the farm, in a room near the mill.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

After dodging the giant rock we must cross a tunnel that has 2 spinels on top, the first one is at the beginning of the tunnel.

The other one is a bit further down the tunnel, just look up and you'll find it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Spinel #7

It is in a box in the left square of the tunnel exit, we must destroy the tripwire to take it.⠀⠀⠀

Red Catseye (Treasure #4)

We found it in a nest in the tree that is to the right of the house at the end of the map.⠀⠀⠀

When we start this chapter, we will not find any treasure on this map, we must advance until we exit through a well to the surface. But here the game introduces us the merchant who will help us a lot in the future.

Spinel #8

We found this spinel inside the oven on the left, in front of those won with TNT.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Elegant Mask (Treasure #5)

We find it after passing the door that is in front of the oven, to the left of the room, we must break some wood and jump over a window to pick it up.

Brass Pocket Watch (Treasure #6)

After going up the ladder and going outside, we will see it on our left.
Just like the pendant from chapter 1-1, we must break the wood to seal the well and then shoot the clock so that it falls so we can get it clean and sell it for more money.

Ruby #2 (Treasure #7)

We get this ruby by killing Dr. Salvador (chainsaw man) found after leaving Bitores Méndez's house

After returning to the town and using the insignia key on a metal door, we enter a house with a typewriter that has an oil lamp on the roof, we must shoot it, wait for the fire to go out and grab the spinel

Elegant Headdress (Treasure 8)

On the ceiling in the watery chamber of the tunnel leading to the church. Shoot the lamp down to make it visible.

Green Catseye (Treasure #9)

In order to grab the cat's eye we must complete the puzzle, the puzzle combination is: ⠀⠀⠀

Gold Bangle w/ Pearls (Treasure #11)

We found it in a nest in a tree before reaching the lake boat.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As soon as the cinematic is over, you can go out the main door towards the lake, take the boat and go to the merchant's cave to obtain the following items.

Spinel #16

We find this located in a hidden cave in the lake, we must get on the boat and go to the merchant's flames, moving a box to the left we go up some stairs and shoot a chandelier, it will drop the spinel and we pick it up going down the stairs.

Green gem (Treasure #12)

It is located in the barrel on the left, near the spinel, we must go up to the roof of the building by moving the wooden box on the left

We found it in a bucket on top of the previous spittles a little further on.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Gem #3

We return to the cabin where we fight against the zombies with Luis and we choose the path to the left. We got it by killing Bella sisters in the green skirt.

Red Gem (Treasure #14)

After killing the Bella sisters and using the key, we find a small room with a wooden door, when we enter we turn left and we will see a window covered with wooden boards, we destroy the wood and follow the path until we find 2 barrels . The gem is in the barrel on the right.

Yellow Casteye (Treasure #15)

We find it after passing the cable car, going down some metal stairs we will see a hole in the wall, we eliminate the cattle and go up the ladder, at the end of the route we will see a chest with the treasure

Spinel #26

We found this one destroying a barrel in the barn where we fought against Bitores Mendez.

I dont have a map of this part, but is entering the last zone with the eye of mendez.

Velvet Blue #1

After destroying the truck and fighting the cattle, we follow the path and on our left we will see 2 wooden barrels, the teardrop is in the barrel on the right.

We found this spinel at the beginning of the chapter, inside a wooden barrel at the beginning of the stairs.

May 07: I accidentally deleted the file where I edited the maps. getting it back will take a while, but to make the big maps it will take much longer

May 06: I have resumed this guide because I want to finish it, but the time between my work, my friends and the little time I am at home is very little, I barely get home to sleep and I am out all day. I am continuing with chapter 3-2, which is the one with the most objects. In the future I will add a section at the beginning of each chapter that summarizes all the objects that you can find in that chapter.
