If you haven't played the game this guide contains minor/major spoilers.

I made this guide mostly for myself but if you find it useful then good for you.
I used color codes and numbers to make it easier to track images.
Pictures are mostly in chronological order while going on in missions.
Personally I recommend doing this run with Powers because some ledges are time consuming to get without them.
You can also make it 'Clean Hands' and 'Shadow' run if you want.

• Limited Resources - Pinned to the cabin door when you collect your crossbow.
  
• Trying to fix the secondary engine - Atop a control panel in the ships engine room. This is the ships lowest deck.
  
• Sokolov's Notes: Bloodfly Study - Pass through the main room with the evidence board to Sokolov's cabin and this will be on a crate to your right.
  
• Anton Sokolov's Abduction - The audiograph is right ahead of you as you enter Sokolov's cabin.
  
• Anton Sokolov's investigation Notes - Book on the bed in Sokolov's Cabin.
  
• Dreadful Whale Accounting - Found on a bedside table in the ships bridge. This is the ships uppermost deck.

• Searching for Aramis Stilton - Audiograph on the bedside table in the ships bridge.

Souvenirs - Skiff Approaching Dockyard AND Blade Verbana

• Skiff Approaching Dockyard: Start in the neutral territory between Howlers and Overseers. Go into the Howler Territory and pass the giant grey doors(you will notice). Go to the right into the small alley where some leafs are falling down. You will see the Overseer territory with one of them standing there (he won't attack you, as long as you don't get too close) in front of you. On the left is an old shop. Destroy the windows and get inside. The painting is at the back hanging on the wall.
  
• Blade Verbana: This one is difficult to find. Go to the Overseer's territory. When facing their base, there is a road to the left that leads to a dead end. Move along this road. Towards the end there will be an illuminated plaque on the wall. Head into the narrow alley on the side of this building, climb up and go through the small passage, smash through the boarded window, move into the furthest room of Corvo's old home (the one with the door on the ground), and then "use" the discolored bricks on the wall to open a hidden stash.
