why's there this weird delay on activating/withdrawing it?

Скачал мод веселился но потом хотел поменять клавишу,написал команду только вот старая клавиша сохранилась,чтоб заработало решил переустановить мод все клавиши сохранились поэтому решил удалить мод. Теперь у меня не работает сука унифриз на клавишу R помогите пожалуйста блять.
