https://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/topic/259044-blood-bowl-2-trophy-guide-and-roadmap/ - Yo dog I heard you like guides so I put some guides in this guide. This is the source of much of the below. Credit to NurseFG from Australia. They seem cool.[www.playstationtrophies.org]
Step 1: Campaign
Just trying to make their stuff (links/credits above) a bit easier to read and tick off if you're that kind of dude. I am. Many of the below steps can be cheesed via boosting (having another player help you online) or setting up specific matchups but to me, that's boring and not fun. You do you.

- Play the campaign. It's boring at first if you know a bit of BB, but gets good imho. Kinda fun when your Ogre gets 5 Agility all of a sudden. Heh.

Step 2: Solo/Eternal League
In Eternal League you can't use the Ageing option for I'm assuming computational reasons. Money talks and development time costs money and nice additional things don't generate revenue. Huh, weird.

Three achievements are specific to Dwarf (or Chaos Dwarf, you need to roll doubles on skills [1/6 chance] and choose an Agility skill), Elf (High/Pro-Union/Wood/Dark, you need to not get injured in a full match - easier on High/Dork Elf), and Skaven (choose "Horns" as a Mutation for 2x Achievements) teams, so get to learning some of them. Dwarf, Dork Elfs are kinda simple to learn. Skaven frustrated me at first until I learned Rat-Ogre-Fu and got starting matches against Skaven (lol) and Halflings (F Bretonnians...). Consider quitting and rejoining a Solo/Eternal league until you get an easy starting match/competition for your chosen team/skill level. Sometimes your first competition in a Solo/Eternal league will be filled with easy matchups for you. The AI will not pass very much... except allegedly Elf AI teams.

- Regrettably, you don't need to play a match with them on the roster. Just make a team. Inspect that player (?) and then fire them from the Roster. Meh.

Step 3: Online League and optional boosting

- Make a Solo League Orc team with 4 Goblins and 7 Linemen costs 510,000 out of your team's initial budget of 1 million gold. This leaves you with 490,000 in the treasury. Enter a Solo League and set Competition Rules to 1-minute turns and Settings to Cut Scenes: None. Now complete one match - let the game play itself - win or lose and you should be good. Well son of a gun - I literally did that while writing this guide. And one of my Linemen got 7 SPP and I have no idea how he made 2 points on top of MVP. Must've been an accidental tackle heh. Congratulations Broaf of CHEAP CHEAPER CHEAPEST you now have Block.

- Easier on Dork Elf probably due to high Armour Value. Possibly High Elf. Pointy eared flower-f***ers.
Step 4: Clean-up and grinding
You have Outstanding coach to work towards, it'll take a while, about 700+ coaching points (10 for a loss, 13 for a win). Intercepting tends to be rare unless you specifically skill for it or cheese it against a friend or online multiplayer. MVP for a dead player can take a while (or a friend to help, if an online opponent concedes ...you may get 2 MVPs?), or you can make a Halfling team just to get lots of them dead, set up a Solo league competition against hard-hitting teams and set the time per turn to 1 minute. Now alt-Tab and write a Steam achievements guide while you click "End Turn" or "Skip" once in a while.

Golden goose
Create a second team that is the same race as the team in which you have the level 7 player.
Create an online league with a ladder competition under team & league management.
Join with both teams to the competition.
Go to team & league management and delete the competition.
Now you can open the transfer market.
Go to team roster and put a player for sale in transfer market.
Bid with the other team.
Accept the bid with the first team.

Total cost 700 000 gold.
What a pity
“MVP” mention for a dead player (League or Campaign)

Set the AI to Easy (the AI is a mess, but after googling it seems "Hard" just means it takes less risks.).
Journeymen do not count so make sure you have a full team of Halflings. Or for extra fun an Ogre team with no Ogres - only Gnoblars. Snotlings, whatever. But they have Side-Step which is ANNOYING. But Halflings have too high armour.

Make a Solo League 4-team Round-robin Championship (Competition Setting: 1 minute turns, No Kick-Off events to reduce clicks needed) and make sure it's just your team of hell-bent hobbits versus some hard-pipe-hitting mother-forckars or something's that' liable to smack you dead silly or silly dead. Keep quitting the competition until you get a good KILLING matchup against one single other team (kinda boring), or three others. Make sure they have Mighty Blow or similar skills. Claw won't help, it just reduces armour to 8. Sources tell me the best killing opponent is Dwarves or Chaos Dwarves (a.k.a. "Chorfs"). Tackle on the other team = Defender Stumbles will now mean an Armour roll, therefore more injuries. Also maybe a Death Roller if Dwarves. GET WRECKED.

  • Make sure you start each match with exactly 11 players to make sure there's less chance of a surviving player getting MVP. Make sure anyone injured is not replaced with a Journeyman.

  • Get to the sidelines with all-low-AV team. Get surfed = instant injury roll. But won't work with Gnoblars on an "Ogre" team.
  • Get to the Frenzy opponent.
  • Get to the Mummy. Or any big guy with high Strength and Mighty Blow. There are some jokes here.
  • Get a Wizard and blow up your own team. Set up all your players in a 3x3 square and KABOOM! Take a screenshot, see below.
  • Get Apothecaries and choose Death (literally). Or Niggling -1 AV injuries. Or get back in the game to GET WRECKED again.
  • Buy the upgrade for the stadium that gives +1 to surf injury rolls to help as well.
  • Buy Bloodweiser Babes to reduce time spent sleeping off that KO so you can get back in the game and GET WRECKED again.
  • Try to remember to stand up your players. Or just go hug the Goblin Ball & Chain guy.

There may also be a sneaky way to cheat this achievement through Match Management but I'm not sure that's really fun. Ok, it was kinda fun and I cheated. I am a Steam Achievement cheater. There, happy now? At least I'm honest. ...Wait.

Online Leagues what to do?
Mostly stolen from here.

Cabalvision Official League (the default BB2 Multiplayer), Create your team, then in Multiplayer select the team and click Join A League, Cabalvision should be the top left league first in the list. Click Register and then you have a choice of two different competitions Champion Ladder VI or Open Ladder VI. They are both instant matchmaking leagues.

Open Ladder is 42 day season but you keep the team as many seasons as you like, it has 2 mins turns IIRC and is unmoderated.

Champion Ladder is moderated, has playoffs for top teams at the end, but you must start a new team every season (this is a good thing for Matchmaking btw). 42 days, 3 mins turns.

Orca Cola 2 is serious, big and VERY well organized. https://orca-cola.com/index.php?/rulesfaq/

RBBL Reddit Rookie BB League - aimed at newer players and has a very active user base on Discord and multiple types of leagues (try Spin & Win first). https://www.reddit.com/r/rebbl/wiki/rebbrl/gettingstarted
