Have you ever suspected that Plastech appears too often? It does. Have you noticed that Sankaku never appears for the first mission? It doesn't. Have you been longing to try a one-corp-only run? Now, you can!

This mod provides a handful of options that allow you to modify how the game generates missions:

Corp Weight Equaliser:
In the base game, when a mission is being generated, a random location (e.g. Vancouver, Hong Kong, Moscow...) of eligible distance is chosen from a list, which determines corporation. Because some corporations have more potential locations than others, some corporations will unintuitively appear more often than others. This mod equalises corp weighting by making the game choose a corporation first, before choosing a location belonging to it. This option is compatible with modded corporations such as Neptune Corporation by Cyberboy2000.

Corporation Presence Settings:
Allows you to individually set each of the four corporations to appear as normal, appear only after the first mission, or not appear at all throughout a campaign. This mod allows Sankaku to appear for the first mission by default, which it could not in the base game for unstated reasons.

Starting Location:
Allows you to set the agency's starting location. Provided settings are Budapest (EU; Default), St. John's (NA), Tokyo (AS), Brasilia (SA), Cape Town (AF), Perth (OC), and RANDOM, which will choose any of the several-dozen mission sites in the game.

Base Security Level:
Allows you to change the base mission security ("Guarded") level, so that you may start the game at higher mission difficulties or delay when the difficulties begin to increase.

Lock Security Level:
Allows you to lock the security level to the set base security level for the entire campaign. +1 difficulty missions may still occur unless High Security Likelihood is set to "NEVER."

High Security Likelihood:
Allows you to set the likelihood that a mission's security level will be the greater of a given day's two possibilities.

Hello Belnoizet. Thank you for the comment! This mod does not influence mission type generation — it simply influences what corporation a mission might belong to. The original game does not guarantee that detention centres will generation during the campaign, so I suspect that you may have simply had a streak of bad luck. Mission type generation settings are something I may experiment with in the future though, if there is interest.

Hello,
Thanks for the mod. However, the unmodded game, it seems to me, makes sure to regularly give us detention facilities, especially when we get the first "site list". This is crucial to have a bigger and more efficient team. With the mod, detention facilities become quite rare, which makes the game much harder to play when the level up their security level and we only have a 2 person team. But maybe it's on purpous ?
