Hi, practice mode with bots counts towards medals & achievements. It's the custom game mode with bots that doesn't. I can fully confirm that.

It was a bug. I had to contact developer team through Quake discord #bug-reports channel. I guess they reset count for me, so I finally got it yesterday. So if anyone got the same issue as that, just contact the developers through Discord!

medal from bot game, don't count for achievements.
