Yeah I dont imagine it'd be a difficult change, would just add a sandbox-options.txt file, and the relevant translations, then in your code add a check if the sandbox option for crafting dialogue is enabled when the action finishes and done.

My problem is I run this on a server, so getting each player to do this wouldn't be feasible for me.

I could try taking a look at your code and make the required changes though if you'd be interested and able to look through them and update the mod with it?

But i got very busy this month , can not make a new version in time
if u have some lua code exp. u can change the code by youself like 5 min.

Is there a way to disable the characters messages when scrapping jewelry to scrap or unusable metal, and when crafting nails too? It get's very spammy.

if u used on build 41 and didn't work , send the report log to me pls
