NBA 2K23 MyCareer PC FIX!!!!! (SLOW DOWN/NO SIMULATION FIX!!!)

Are you experiencing extremely slow situations in myCareer and it won't let you do anything? I noticed that in myCareer there was a slowdown issue and it wouldn't let me simulate the games. My character would be on the bench, and I would click the button to simulate until I played next. However, I would notice that it would go in 'slowmo' and it would take EXTREMELY long to work. It was abnormal and frustrating. Apparently this has been happening on the past few NBA 2K games! Which allowed me to figure out a solution to the issue! Hopefully it works for you!

This video and the fix within are generally for NVIDIA users, but if you are an AMD user then this user commented a potential fix that you can try.

AMD here, worked exactly the same just had to turn on v-sync which they call 'enhanced sync', then cap refresh rate to 60fps, and do the same in game."

when i had this issue i used to just press Alt+Tab multiples times, going for example for my discord and back again to 2k, it used to just let the skip button appear and getting me back to the mycarrer game

I've always just alt tabbed a few times, and it eventually will freeze frame, and allow me to skip to when I get put back in the game.
