Intro
Code 19 error usually occurs when the game closes unexpectedly or when we leave the login window open. To correct this error simply delete the "cookie.ini" file in Drakensang Online's temporary files folder.
Step-by-step
1. Open Run in Windows (Windows + R);
2. Enter the %temp% command to open the temporary files folder;
3. Go to the DSOClient folder and delete the cookies.ini file;
4. Open the game and have fun!!!

Note: This whole process must be done with the game closed.
