Here is a Download link to a very simple program that fixes microstuttering in the game:

Simply use the RE8.zip and unpack the dinput8.dll into the installation folder.
If you start the game now, you should see a strange menu. Just click here at Performance and activate the tick.
Microstuttering etc. should now be a thing of the past.
Another advantage is that you can use other (third) .dll files without having extreme frame drops every two seconds.
So, Reshade users can rejoice!
