Articulated version from Sarajevo(Vašingtonac) with applied Tatra pantograph.

The PCC (Presidents' Conference Committee) is a streetcar (tram) design that was first built in the United States in the 1930s. The design proved successful in its native country, and after World War II it was licensed for use elsewhere in the world where PCC based cars were made. The PCC car has proved to be a long-lasting icon of streetcar design, and many remain in service around the world.

Shows a capacity of 80 not 120 for me.

ну я вообще не понимаю, почему его решили не добавлять в оригинальную игру. В модах же все сорта пятёрки есть, даже "Урал", разве что со штангой вроде не было. Модель там точно лучше, чем моя для CSL, а глобально переделывать её под WRSR пока не планирую, хотя...
