Beskrivning
Provides a Remix config for Shelter Failure (Precycle) chance!

Disable them, make them occur every cycle, or anything in-between!

Potential Incompatibilities:

This works well. Maybe TOO well considering I've had precycles in Saints campaign and Invs garbage wastes and I'm pretty sure neither of those are meant to have precycles

Wait, does this allow me to change how often precycle rain occurs? Because I actually love that mechanic. And I think it's a shame it's so rare.

One of my favorite difficulty adjustment mods.
It's too bad that Precycle Rain & Flooding is so rare outside Rivulet's campaign,
but it makes the game more challenging and interesting.

Most campaigns the default chance is a mere 2%.
Early on for Rivulet it's either 25% or 40% depending on region.
But nowadays I almost always have this setting maxed at100%, aka inv/enot mode.

@oldigueri10 Shelter failures cause more difficult creatures to spawn and is a base game functionality. You can see what spawns on shelter failures on the online rain world map.

LOVE this mod but it seems that every time i turn it on it causes apex enemies (aquapedes, cyan lizards, monster kelp) to spawn in survivor and monk campaigns without being lineaged, i think this mod would be perfect if i just didn't need to worry about being mauled by cyans while playing monk

might see if this helps a bug with riv's campaign bc my game does NOT like shelter failures at all (it either crashes or takes like 4 minutes to load /srs)
