Foreword

Only four achievements are missable, but you're very likely to get one of them. The other three are a bit more obscure. You can use this guide in your first go-around as I will be listing them per floor level but a 2nd playthrough to get these would not take longer than 30 minutes.

Missable Achievements

Floor 2

To Steal from a Thief
Don't give the bow back to Cupid once you got the signature from the department head. Finish the game with the bow in your inventory. This achievement will trigger once you enter the door behind Lucifer. You don't need to do the courtroom minigame again.

Floor 3

YEEEOOWCH!!
Give Manaus the hot coffee you got from the second floor without putting ice into it first.

Floor 6

Word of Mouth
Simply talk to every person you're able to talk to at this point with the phone in your hand.

Floor 7

You Found Me!
In the lawyer's office, walk behind him and interact with the books on the bookshelf. Walk into the secret room and talk to Pollaris.

Thank you for the helpful guide.

Organising it by floor made it easy to check.

FYI for Floor 6: Word of Mouth, don't talk to the vault keeper with the phone in your hand when you first get him. The bug is detailed here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/2184230/discussions/0/3824163953450897649/

You need to trigger the main dialogue with the vault keeper, exit the vault and talk to Sisyphus (the guy outside the vault) to get him to sign the papers. If you do this, the vault will open for you each time you get on this floor.

If you don't do that and you had the phone in your hand when you talk to the vault keeper for the first time, you'll get the vault keeper's follow +1, but the vault will close upon exiting and won't open again and you'll need to re-run that portion of the game.

you need 1004 followers for word of mouth. I forgot the vaultkeeper my first playthrough so don't forget about him :P

Did you check all floors? Also the topmost floor, above the floor where you got the quest? @SpicySalad_
