I think the next one isn't (I didn't design it, so I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty confident it's not).

What do you mean by stages? How many masks/seals? Those will continue coming as long as we keep updating the game, so there's not a fixed number planned. The next mask is already designed btw.

The latest seal does not introduce story changes.
