Rebind Dev Tools

Описание
Provides a Remix config to rebind all of the default Dev Tools keybinds!

Also provides config for whether Dev Tools should be enabled by default or not, and allows the setting to persist between cycles!

Does not actually require Dev Tools to be enabled, though the mod will do very little without it.Only the "Speed Up Start Game" rebind will have any effect.

also doesn't prevent w from flinging the slugcat to your mouse in meadow (meadow mode only)

If you use this with rain meadow it will make pause screens freeze most elements of the game (not wanted since it is online). I'm not sure how doable this is for you but it would be nice if that was fixed.

idk why but if I have this mod on, all modded scugs have their campaign pic broken and if I start their campaign, it starts on survivor campaign instead
