Spawnable Left 4 Dead Plane Crash

It comes with the animation, sound, models and textures already included.

It is listed as "Plane Crash" in the Left 4 Dead tab in the entities section.

I tried making this addon when I made the fixed plane crash model mod but I had no idea how to code in lua so gave up. I still don't know how to code but I figured out how to get this to work

If the current map is c11m5_runway (Dead Air Finale) then the entity will spawn in the same place the original plane would spawn in Left 4 Dead. Otherwise it spawns infront and to the right of you.

If you have Left 4 Dead 2 mounted, download this to fix the particles

Two convars included:
"l4dplanecrash_gonetime"
To control when the plane model despawns
"l4dplanecrash_sound"
To change the crash sound into whatever ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you want

Issues

• If you do "Clean Up Everything" in the admin tab, the shake effects will still play
  
• For some people the model may simply stand upright and not do anything (the addon should replace it into the fixed version so I have no idea what causes this.)
