Report a translation problem
In order to flinch shot a monster twice, you have to flinch shot it the first time after having changed its direction 1 or 0 times, wait for it to get up, and do the same thing again. You'll notice after doing that that the monster will enrage on the first direction change after the first flinch shot if you do not slinger burst it immediately.
Some monsters though, such as Deviljho or Zinogre will always (or usually?) enrage on the first flinch shot, even if you've changed its direction 0 times.
If you change a monster's direction two or three times before the flinch shot it will always enrage afterwards.
