Engine Pack, for Shunting Operations

Evolution Series
The Evolution Series is a line of diesel locomotives built by GE Transportation Systems (now owned by Wabtec), initially designed to meet the U.S. EPA's Tier 2 locomotive emissions standards that took effect in 2005. The first pre-production units were built in 2003. Evolution Series locomotives are equipped with either AC or DC traction motors, depending on the customer's preference. All are powered by the GE GEVO engine.

The Evolution Series was named as one of the "10 Locomotives That Changed Railroading" by Trains Magazine and was the only locomotive series introduced after 1972 to be included in that list.

The Evolution Series locomotives are some of the best-selling and most successful freight locomotives in United States history.

GEVO in Cities: Skylines
Despite some of you would consider me as a European-centric train maker on WS, GEVO is one of my favorite US locomotive of all times. It was originally planned to be made for Railway 2 release but I decided to focus on networks themselves, thus I abandonned the idea of making US freight train for the release. Evangeline later on proposed to make DDAX for the release instead. Last year I got the request of making GEVO again, but this time I decide to see it to the end.

GEVO took about 3 months of work that includes mesh and textures and it is one of the most complex train I did for CSL so far. I hope you like the final product just as I enjoyed making it.

This train was the result of the commission request by Da Boss Hoss, so thanks goes to them as well.

Shunters
'Shunter' is a vehicle designation I created for Cities Skylines in order to 'animate' railyards, by mimicking shunting operations. Assets designated 'shunter' are essentially locomotive only passenger trains with 0 passenger capacity, thus they can be assigned in custom train line/routes to simulate shunting operations in your railyards. You can use existing train stations or invisible train stations to spawn the locomotive, then use station tracks independently (ala R2 ones that are available in-game) to create stops.

AVO (Advanced Vehicle Options) is strongly recommended to forbid these locomotives from spawning by the game.

Features
- BNSF version of ES44AC 'GEVO'
- Contains 3 engines in 1, 2, 3 engines long.
- Uses Additive Shader for headlights and covers.

Texture and Material Share
- All engines share the same texture to improve your RAM performance.
- The final load on RAM should be around 12MB, if you already have containers from previous release.

Very nice model ! Great Job  but it could be useful to precise the speed of this locomotive, 45 km per hour, which is normal for a shunter

Are you using wrong version perhaps ?

Somehow, this train spawns not in the train lane and with tons of cargo wagoons... some weird bug is happening.

I'm thinking a video guide, I'm not sure when exactly

You would need extended asset editor to add your own wagons, so it's possible to make your own consist

Excellent! - I love trains. Another subscription to one of your wonderful assets. Thank you!
p.s. I have numerous invisible stations and quite a lot of routes set up for dummies and they're great. however, I wish there was a Dummies for Dummies Guide on how to add wagons of my choice to these dummy trains. Is it even possible for the average player?
