1. Of course, you need to be in the Dream World (asleep).
2. Have the Bicycle Effect.

1. After sleeping, step inside and sit at your desk in the Dream World.
2. Make sure to face the wall as you sit down, and equip the Bicycle effect.
3. While continuing to face the wall, press enter to Move While Seated.
4. Enter the Nexus while moving around on the chair.
5. Press the "5" key to drop the Bicycle effect. Press enter to pick it back up.
6. Step back into the bedroom and equip the Bicycle effect.
7. Still using Bicycle, "Sit" back down in the empty space where the chair was.
8. Face away and press enter... Madotsuki has entered max hyperspeed.
She is much faster than simply using the Bicycle-Chair x4 speed glitch. Same as the other ones, this effect will disappear when you wake up or unequip it.
