In story order. If you miss an achievement, you will have to restart the game as there is only one save slot and the game autosaves often (yet, if you quit as soon as you hit the wrong decision there is a great chance that the autosave has not yet been done).


Senior Physician






For the whole playthrough, do not open the medical book you have in our inventory.


The Jester






Once you leave your room and arrive at the village, before continuing look up and click on the drawing on the wall just above yourself.


Stand by your word






Once the Countess has been taken care of and you are coming back from the hospital, speak to the nun in the Kitchen about bringing Sven’s family food. The achievement will be unlocked later in the game when you return to the village to talk to the family.


A good servant






When the Countess helps you out at the well outside, choose to thank her.


Professional wound surgeon






When you are curing Otto (the man with the head wound) do not use water to clean the wound but wine by clicking on the barrel in the shed with the cleaning cloth.


Keeping a cool head






Back in your room, do not forget to take the letter with you when leaving.


Ignorance is a blessing






In the cart, when the driver talks about the dead, do not ask for details.


Man of science






When you return to the village 3 days later, choose to stand by your theory when talking to the Mayor. This unlocks a bad ending but the good ending isn’t needed for the achievements and the only difference is the final text.
