This seems to be ideal for my little game mode. One of the few maps that are suitable for it and don't look like terrible. Good job.

Wait I found a solution. It's the command Mat_Specular 0. It's always that one!

One of the pools of water has missing textures. The ENTIRE MAP looks beautifl except for this singular patch where there's a missing texture field.
