How to change the aiming mode from Toggle to Hold?

Could some one please explain why and how the game does not let me to change the aiming preference to my Right mouse button? Every other button works, but it not detects my mouse buttons, and its made default do toggle, i really dislike that.

It’s a tactical game of course it defaults to toggle

Hey, I'm not sure if you've had help with this yet but I realized how to fix it.

The right mouse button is how you remove bindings from the list. If you make sure your cursor is directly over the 3 dots when you click the right mouse button, it will work.
