This is a really quick guide for people that ain't figure out which version of the ol' Proton to use. The game is Steam Deck Verified, which means for most people they won't even need this guiderino, but I'm making it for the special people like me that have situations where they need a guide to tell them how to run the game. Proton 7.06 BTW.

Proton Version Needed

You have to use Proton 7.0-6.

To do so, open the properties of the game, go to compatibility, and force the compatibility to Proton 7.0-6. That is all. The game should launch now!

Ishin Fix

I wanted to make you aware of this fix as well.

It is super straightforward to install, but if ya have any trouble leave a comment here and I'll do my best.

The Ishin fix lets ya pick your own button prompts, so if you're like me and ya play with a DualMeme controller, you can get the Memestation buttons instead of the L-box.

I've had great performance so far on a pretty modest Radeon RT 6500 XT at 1080p, 60+ FPS. Very rarely I get an issue where the frame rate will randomly lock to 30 but this is vastly decreased by launching with %command% -dx11 which will force the game to use DXVK instead of VKD3D.
