Ensure you launch the game first to generate savegame data.

Step 1
Press Windows+R to open the run dialog then paste in the following and hit enter.




Step 2
You will find 2 files in this folder, one named and another named a random series of characters and symbols, we'll call this your save game.

Step 3
Delete steam_autocloud.vdf



Note: If you have two save games, delete both then launch the game again, then exit. You should only have one save game file in this folder. If you still end up with two files, just edit both files in the next steps.

Step 4
Open Notepad then drag your savegame into it.



Step 5
Highlight everything in the file then hit backspace on your keyboard so that there's nothing left in the file.



Step 6
Copy the entire codeblock via the following link, then paste it into Notepad, then click File > Save.

Alternatively hit the "Download" button in Pastebin then copy the contents of the file and paste it into your save game file.



Step 7
Launch the game, if Steam gives you a warning about local and cloud save mismatch, ensure you pick your local save.

You should now have all items unlocked.
