Made a little mistake there. Not James but Nitrox published it on SFM. Oops..

Artuurs has nothing better to do but argue about who owns what.
As much as I remember most of the characters are owned by Mangaka himself, publisher of the manga and companies that use them in Anime. Price for the model on CGTrader is 13$. That's a drop in the ocean. Companies, authors or publishers just don't care about this. Using copyrighted characters in models like this is kinda illegal but most of the companies are not Nintendo, so it's fine.
Now about who owns what: Companies, author and publisher all own copyrights on this character. But model was made by James94 and he earns money for it. And Shtora just ported it to GMod. Somehow he got model but it doesn't matter how since model is distrubited by "Royalty Free License" and therefore can be used multiple times even in commercial projects meaning that James94 who published this model on SFM is fine for using it. He just has to mention where he got that model from.

I'm pretty sure the issue isn't that Shtora doesn't own the copyrights to this character, but that the model was created by a James94 on CGTrader. Either way, cope seethe mald, Artuurs

Even if he didnt link it, he doesnt have to, this is not your character, you have 0 rights to it to have any say about it. Now if this was YOUR character, then we would have an actual conversation. But untill you change your name to Tatsuki Fujimoto, or invite him over here to clear any disputes that could emerge, then dont think that this is yours, its not.
